Authentication setup

Would you like to use your own internal Google Cloud client ID and secret, or use the central Workspace MCP client ID for your users to sign into?

If you're setting up within a corporate workspace environment, we recommend an internal client ID — you'll need it to enable certain workspace-specific features (Chat Spaces requires an app, among other things).

Internal client ID Use your own Google Cloud credentials. You'll enter your client ID and secret below.

Central Workspace MCP client ID Users sign in through the shared Workspace MCP OAuth client. Simplest to get started.

Access model

Should access be restricted to a specific list of email addresses, or open to anyone?

Allowlist Only users on a specific list of email addresses can sign in.

Open access Any user with a valid email address can sign in.

Endpoint

Would you like a custom subdomain (e.g. yourname.workspacemcp.com) or a standard endpoint?

Custom subdomain Get a branded endpoint at yourname.workspacemcp.com.

Standard endpoint Use a standard Workspace MCP Cloud endpoint.
