Why is Google Chat only on Custom? Google Chat apps are
registered against a specific Google Cloud project — the app's identity
(display name, avatar, slash commands, and the chat.spaces/chat.messages scopes) is bound to the
OAuth client that owns that project. The shared client ID behind the Standard
plan can't impersonate each customer's Chat app, so Chat & Chat Spaces
are available only on Custom, where you bring your own client ID.
