I'm creating a second brain for our business and wanted folder-level permissions, which would work great in Google Drive — but the Drive connector for Claude limits file editing, so it wouldn't work very well. Your solution is working like a charm.

Custom, if you have a Workspace environment. Your own client ID keeps the OAuth grant in your project and adds Google Chat. Standard is the quicker shared path.
